My parents have lived in Sun City since 1994, and I have owned a home here since 1994. Therefore, I have been familiar with our wonderful community and its great amenities even before I relocated, full time, to Sun City. I strongly believe in the importance of contributing to the community in which I live. I was elected to the Sun City Board of Directors in 2010 and am currently chair of the CCOC. I am an active member of the Legal Services Committee. Vice President, ARC
Having lived in Sun City since 1999, I began serving the Association in 2000 when I joined the Architectural Review Committee. I have served as its Chairman/Co-Chairman since 2002. In 2005, I was elected to the SCSCAI Board of Directors and served as President in 2006. Other service to our community includes six years on the Security Patrol (holding positions of Chief, Treasurer, Instructor and Watch Commander). I have served as Chairman of the Common Area Ad Hoc Committee (2004) and the Golf Utilization Ad Hoc Committee (2005). I serve the City of Las Vegas as a Commissioner on the Planning Commission. The key factor for serving on the Board of Directors is experience in operating a community of approximately 14,000 residents and its assets. Maintaining real estate values and containing costs to an affordable level is also vital. |
Patricia Cullen resigned from the Board on March 7, 2011.
