CHELSEA TEE-TIME RESERVATION SYSTEM

Following are directions for using Sun City Summerlin's Chelsea Tee-Time Phone Reservation System.

Golf shops should not be called to book, edit, check for times, or cancel times before the day of play.  The Chelsea Tee-Time Phone Reservation System should be used for all of these functions.

It is extremely important to keep your confirmation numbers so that you can edit, confirm, and cancel tee times later.

Requests placed 7-14 days ahead of the day of play will be entered into the lottery system and will be resolved 7 days before the day of play.  Requests during this time are not first come, first served.  It does not matter whether you put in a request 7 days ahead or 14 days ahead. A request is not a guaranteed time.  It is just a request.

Requests placed 1-7 days ahead of the day of play will be resolved immediately.  Bookings during this time will be on a first come, first served basis. Bookings, edits, and cancellations are made using the Chelsea Tee-Time System until 1 day before play. Bookings, edits, and cancellations on the day play should be made at the course.

Instructions to request a tee time (day 7-14)

  1. Call 966-1444
  2. Listen to the voice prompts and then press the appropriate number on the keypad.
    1. Press 1, because you are a Sun City Summerlin member.
    2. Listen to the voice prompts, press 1 again.
    3. Enter the date you wish to play (mmddyy) (example: July 1, 2006 = 070106).
    4. Enter the course you wish to play (1 for PV), (2 for HF), (3 for EC).
    5. Enter lottery preference (1 for Time) (2 for Course).
    6. If you chose Time (1), enter the time (example: 9:30 A.M = 0930).
    7. Enter the number of players in your party(1 to 4).
    8. Enter your Member Number exactly the way it is on your Association Card (all 8 digits).
      The first time you access the system, you will have to speak your name.
    9. Enter the next player's number. If any player is a guest, re-enter your number to place them in with your request. SCSCAI residents must be booked under their member numbers, not as guests, for the Chelsea Point of Sale system to charge them the appropriate rate.
    10. If your request is correct, press 1.
    11. WRITE DOWN YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER. You will need your confirmation number to check your request, edit, or, cancel your tee tee-time later.
    12. If everything is correct, press 1 to accept the reservation request.

Instructions to cancel your request (day 7-14)

  1. Call 966-1444.
  2. Press 1.
  3. Listen to the voice prompts, press 2.
  4. Enter the confirmation number.
  5. Continue to follow the directions.

Instructions to edit a request (day 7-14)

Requests can be edited before 12 p.m., 7days prior to the day of play.

  1. Call 966-1444.
  2. Press 1.
  3. Listen to the voice prompts, press 3.
  4. Enter confirmation number.
  5. Continue to follow the directions.

If you choose to book, edit or cancel a time that was obtained through the lottery system, you may do so beginning at 6 p.m., 7 days before the day of play.  Bookings, edits, and cancellations are made using the Chelsea Tee-Time phone system until 1 day before play. Bookings, edits, and cancellations on the day play should be made at the course.

Instructions to check your lottery request results (day 0-7)

Lottery results can be checked after 6 p.m., 7 days before the day of play.

  1. Call 966-1444.
  2. Press 1.
  3. Listen to the voice prompts, press 4.
  4. Press 1 to review assigned times.
  5. Continue to follow the directions.

Instructions to make a booking and check for available tee times (day 1-7)

  1. Call 966-1444.
  2. Press 1.
  3. Listen to the voice prompts, press 2.
  4. Continue to follow the directions.

Instructions to edit a booking (day 1-7)

Correct member numbers should be edited using this option.

  1. Call 966-1444.
  2. Press 1.
  3. Listen to the voice prompts, press 2.
  4. Listen to the voice prompts, press 3.
  5. Enter your confirmation number.
  6. Continue to follow the directions.

Instructions for canceling a booking (day 1-7)

  1. Call 966-1444
  2. Press 1
  3. Listen to the voice prompts, press 2
  4. Listen to the voice prompts, press 2 again.
  5. Enter confirmation number again
  6. Continue to follow the directions.

Instructions for booking, editing or canceling (day 0)

  1. Call the course pro shop.
